Cardiovascular health refers to health of the heart same as the blood vessels. It is important to have proper blood supply to various organs to maintain good health. You should exercise at least 20-30 minutes and 3-5 times a week. Also don't push your self too much because if you overdo it, the soreness might make you want to quit, you should base yourself depending on your personal fitness goals. It is important to work out your heart because it shows how strong you heart is which can potentially add years to your life.
The heart is the most important muscle in the human body because it pumps blood to the body and the lungs and if it keeps healthy then you can avoid several health problems. Another reason that cardiovascular endurance is important is because your heart controls the oxygen flow to all your muscles-meaning that cardio work out has a direct impact on your performance. Some activities and exercise that can help are running, cycling, walking, swimming or any sport. The intensity will increase as you exercise more and more it will start to increase while you keep trying harder each time. As i said before its not good to be to intense on the work out also because your can hurt yourself.
By monitoring your heart you will discover that you will be able to exercise at a higher level of intensity In my class of physical education we used to run around the school which gets your heart pumping faster. We also play basketball after doing our stretches and exercises. I can live a better life by doing these exercises often. For vacations my parents and I have planned different activities for example going to different parks for bike riding. We are also going to go camping there we will hike and also go bicycling.
